- Park Cities Motors Mission Statement

Before Park Cities Motors, Kim was running Dallas Gourmet Bakery along with his partner, Wahab who is the father of CBS News Anchor, Arezow Doost.  The bakery produces healthy alternative breads, such as long flat breads, ciabatta, and the Kabuli Pizza Crust which were all approved Kosher by the New York Jewish community.  Kim's bakery business never grew because of expensive marketing or brokers, it was all done through word of mouth.  Companies, such as TGI Friday's, 7-11, American Airlines, LSG SkyChef (prepared meals for many different airlines); big grocery chains Whole Foods Market, Tom Thumb, Kroger, Wal-Mart, all found Kim through word of mouth.  He and the bakery were featured in Dallas Morning News, Good Morning Texas, and famed physician, Dr. John McDougall's cookbook.  While running the bakery, Kim decided to try something new by founding Park Cities Motors.  He sold his share of the bakery to his partner and focused on the car business.  After careful market research with his son, James both grew the business to what it is today, a pre-owned car dealership with customer service always on their mind.
